What went right:

I completed all assigned tasks on time and met the game's requirements. I tried my best at communicating with my teammates, adapted to challenges and was able to contribute consistently through the process. I was also able to improve my programming skills in Unity.

What went wrong:

Early in the term I worked on a door-key mechanic. My version did not match what the level designers were expecting as I hadn't asked enough questions about how they wanted the system to be implemented. So, one of the level designers had to rework some of the logic to match their needs. After this misunderstanding, I made it a point to ask more questions about the requirements in all of the other tasks I was assigned.

What I would do differently:

In future projects,  I would communicate with everyone better and ask more questions before beginning a task. I would also confirm that my planned implementation matches their expectations and share progress regularly. I feel this would help identify misunderstandings earlier and reduce the need to rework features later.
